Gathering the answers for research by creating our affinity map based on similar behaviors noticed in our users. The affinity map aids drawing insights for what users wanted.

The insights drawn from our affinity mapping:

  • Having more discounts and rewards will encourage users to use a website more than other sites.
  • Users would love to read more about the product in the overview section.
  • Lack of honest reviews turn the user away from the product.

    Starting the Design

    Paper Wireframes

    Creating paper wireframes for our Gaming Hub allowed us to quickly iterate on design concepts. These initial drafts helped identify key features and potential challenges, laying a solid foundation for the digital design.
